OUR HISTORY

How We Start making Bikes

First contact with this industry

There is a centralized market for bike parts near my town and we began with selling tyres with of brand JING and got to know the industry slowly.

First product was axles, then basket and brake cables

After years of accumulations, we set our first assembly line of axles, supplying to trading companies. And the next year launched workshops for steel net basket and brake cables.

Began producing complete bikes

Rented a factory of 16000 ㎡ to assembly complete bikes, mainly exporting to Central Asian countries. After 3 years, we moved to the country industrial park and built a new factory of 40000 ㎡. Production lines of welding frames and forks, painting, wheel groups and assembly are ready then.

Certificates and authorizations

In 2013 we passed ISO9001 and EN test for the first time and exported to America and Europe by TAIWAN trading company. In 2015 we got Disney Authorization and supply licensed bikes to Spanish, Chile and Phillipines. During this period most customers are distributors.

Supply to Retailers

In 2017 we did 3C to supply for FOREVER bikes, from which time developed SKD95% packing style specially for retailers. In 2021 just certified by CPSC and SMETA to support retailer customers in Amazon and Walmart.
